AVA's Case Ready Academy is a successful method in addressing the labor shortage in the retail food industry, particularly within the meat department. There has been a need to develop a more sophisticated approach from the retailer's perspective to delivering food to the consumer with less handling involved in retail back rooms and in commissaries, based on the retailer's specs. This integrated requirement initiated the development of this dynamic retail driven case ready packaging training.
